Comments from the host:

Hey, check out the transcript.

There are two tracks in this album with the word "massacre" in the title. I picked these tracks weeks ago, but current events kind of make this somewhat poignant. It's a bit of a stretch, I know.

I enjoy me some samurai movies, though. That's what inspired this. Also, I wanted to somehow use the hagakure quotes from Ghost Dog.

I realized that I had quite a bit of music, at least one show's worth, that was somehow related to or inspired by samurai tales. I had to put them together.

I also got to share some of the taiko fusion I first heard at the 2007 worldOne festival.

It also was a way to demonstrate the Japanese influence on EdSoft Films. It's visually ingrained in the logo, and this show tries to audibly do something similar. With the help of "Show," a Japanese computer-generated voice. It was too frustrating to use all the time though, cause I had to actually translate my back-announcements...and I have no idea how to back-announce in Japanese. I did my best. The transcript will show just how good my 'best' is.
